1. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post abusive, hateful, or harassing content
- Create fake or misleading ratings
- Impersonate another person
- Spam or flood the platform with repetitive content
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (ratings, comments, subjects). By posting, you grant Rate The World a license to display and distribute that content on the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
4. Ratings and Accuracy
Ratings represent user opinions and are subjective. Rate The World does not guarantee the accuracy of any rating or review. Aggregate scores are calculated from user submissions and may not reflect objective quality.
5. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Rate The World, you consent to the data practices described there.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rate The World is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
